Welcome to our exceptional apartment located on Rue Florian, in the 20th arrondissement of Paris. A former industrial building lovingly transformed into a unique living space, combining the warm charm of industrial style with modern comforts. Furniture, 100% from the Netherlands, adds an international touch to your stay.

With an area of more than 120 m2, our home offers a generous and thoughtful space for your comfort. It consists of two spacious bedrooms, where the double beds can be split into single beds on request. A cinema room awaits you in the basement, accompanied by a comfortable sofa bed and a popcorn machine for a perfect movie night.

For entertainment lovers, two beautiful connected TVs are at your disposal, with all the applications of your choice. However, please note that we do not provide subscriptions for connected apps such as Netflix, Amazon Video, Youtube, HBO, etc. You can use your own accounts to access these services.

In addition, a shared sauna on the 1st floor of the building allows you to relax and recharge as you please.

The apartment offers a harmonious living atmosphere, with a large living room equipped with two sofas and two armchairs, as well as a spacious dining table to accommodate up to six guests. There is air-conditioning and central heating to ensure your comfort of any season.

You will be delighted by the soothing view of our beautiful inner courtyard, which brings tranquility and calm to your stay. Our meticulous attention to detail is reflected in every corner of this carefully decorated and refined space.

It is important to note that access to the bathroom is through the second bedroom, although each bedroom is separated by a door to ensure your privacy. Only one window offers a connection with the outside, but rest assured: our canopies between each room let in natural light, while LEDs on the ceiling mimic daylight. Central ventilation ensures optimal air circulation, giving you maximum comfort.

Please note that the courtyard space is primarily for the passage. To ensure the peace of mind of our neighbors, we ask that you be mindful of noise.
