Terms and Conditions of Use (T&Cs)

The website https://www.model-apt.com (hereafter the “Site”) is operated by the company Models Appartements (hereafter “Models Appartements”), registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under the number 832 996 078, with its registered office located at 60 avenue Foch 75116 Paris.

The purpose of these terms and conditions of use (hereafter “T&Cs”) is to define the terms and conditions under which any internet user (hereafter the “User”) visiting the Site may use the Site and therefore access all its content and benefit from all its functionalities (hereafter the “Content”).

ACCESS CONDITIONS

Any access or navigation on the Site implies the unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs by the User.
In case of non-acceptance of these T&Cs, the User must refrain from accessing the services offered on  the Site.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The Site as a whole, as well as each of the individual components, including specific developments and content comprising data, text, static or animated images, logos, sounds, graphics, files, are the exclusive property of Models Appartements or third parties who have granted a license. Any total or partial representation of the Site or one of its components, without the authorization of Models Appartements, is prohibited and would constitute an infringement sanctioned by articles L.335-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code.

The databases appearing on the Site are protected by articles L.341-1 and following of the Intellectual Property Code and any qualitatively or quantitatively substantial extraction or reuse of the content of the databases is sanctioned.

The trademarks and logos appearing on the Site are trademarks registered by Models Appartements or by third parties. Any reproduction, imitation, or use, total or partial, of these distinctive signs without express authorization and in violation of the prohibitions provided for in articles L.713-2 and following of the Intellectual Property Code will make their author liable.

The other distinctive signs, including corporate names, logos, slogans, trade names, signs, domain names reproduced on the Site are the property of Models Appartements or third parties, and any reproduction without express authorization is likely to constitute a misappropriation making its author liable.

LIABILITY

Models Appartements undertakes to make its best efforts to ensure that Users can access the Site at any time. However, Models Appartements cannot be held responsible in case of unavailability of the Site, for any reason whatsoever.

The User acknowledges having the skills and means necessary to access and use the Site, and acknowledges having verified that the computer configuration used contains no viruses and that it is in perfect working order.

Models Appartements cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the information disseminated on the Site nor the permanent proper functioning or its total computer security. Models Appartements makes every effort to provide Users with available and verified information and tools but cannot be held responsible for errors, a lack of availability of information, and/or the presence of viruses on the Site.

The User acknowledges using the information and tools available on the Site under his exclusive responsibility.

GENERAL PROVISIONS

The fact that Models Appartements has not required the application of any clause of these T&Cs, whether permanently or temporarily, can in no way be considered as a waiver of said clause.

These T&Cs provide no guarantee or exclusivity regarding the provision of services by Models Appartements.

Despite the care taken in writing the content of the Site, errors or omissions can occur, so these T&Cs do not provide any guarantee regarding the content of the Site which we invite you to verify. In case of doubt, do not hesitate to contact us.

If any provision of these T&Cs is found to be void under current legislative or regulatory provisions and/or a court decision with the authority of res judicata, it will be deemed unwritten, but will not affect the validity of the other clauses which will remain fully applicable.

MODIFICATION

Models Appartements reserves the right to modify the content of these T&Cs at any time and without notice. The User is therefore invited to consult them regularly.
